- Communications: messages sent via contact forms, email, or WhatsApp support.
- Newsletter: email address and subscription preferences.

1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Stateside Global’s Platform, including membership, monthly drops, product purchases, and related services. By creating an account, joining the waitlist, or completing checkout, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Membership & access
Stateside Global is a membership-based platform. Access to drops, pricing, and purchasing is determined by your active membership tier (Standard, Founding, or Black) and the current drop window status.
- Membership fees are billed according to the plan selected at checkout.
- Tier benefits are cumulative; higher tiers include lower-tier benefits unless stated otherwise.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms, fraud, or abuse.
- Membership capacity (including Founding tier limits) may be enforced at our discretion.
3. Monthly drops & products
Product availability is limited to scheduled drop windows and stock quantities. Listings are curated—not an open marketplace. We reserve the right to modify, withdraw, or delay products before or during a drop.
Early preview or priority access may be offered to eligible tiers before the public drop window opens, as described on the Platform.
4. Orders, pricing & payment
All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Payment is required at the time of order or membership purchase through our authorised payment provider.
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders may be cancelled if payment fails, items are unavailable, or we suspect fraudulent activity.
5. Authenticity guarantee
Stateside Global stands behind the authenticity of products listed on the Platform. If an item is confirmed inauthentic by a recognised authenticator according to our published verification process, you may be eligible for a full refund subject to our authenticity claim procedure. 6. Refunds & cancellations
Membership refunds are handled according to the plan terms displayed at purchase. Product refunds for eligible authenticity claims or fulfilment failures will be processed to the original payment method where possible. Drop purchases are generally final once the order is confirmed, except where required by law or covered by our authenticity guarantee.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Resell or commercially exploit drop access without authorisation.
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access the Platform.
- Submit false information or impersonate another person.
- Circumvent membership gates, drop timers, or purchase limits.
- Harass staff or other members through any channel.
8. Intellectual property
All content on the Platform—including branding, copy, images, and design—is owned by Stateside Global or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute Platform content without written permission.
9. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to drops or specific product availability.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stateside Global and its officers, directors, and affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Lagos, Nigeria, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
